The Moral of the Story!

Reading your stories has been so much fun over the past few weeks and this will be the last week that we get to write with our characters for homework. For your challenge this week, I would like you to write a story that has a moral. What is a moral you ask? Well, a moral is a lesson that showcases how someone can become a better story. Think of the story of the tortoise and the hare, the moral of the story is that slow and steady is a better way to live your life. Many stories have morals and now I’d like you to write one where we can learn something through your character. The story does NOT have to be long but must end with the sentence, “The moral of this story is ... “ and you will fill in the blanks! Teach the world something through the power of storytelling!

It has been a great time writing stories for our characters but a long the way I also noticed that their were a lot of things that I wanted to change about my character. At one point I even wanted to change my characters name from Aariyah Marin to Stephanie Wild. But at the end I realized that you can always make changes in your story but you need a creative way to do everything. I had so much fun and I'm really sad to finish writing stories but I also know that at the end we'll always be doing something to do to review our old assignments. So here is my story. It's about Aariyah trying to find out what her BFF has been hiding from her for 2 months.

Moral: The moral of my story is that sometimes can lead you into bigger problems but the only way out is to spill the beans and tell the truth.

On my way to school I was walking to the back and Mr. Nee (my homeroom teacher) asked me to do a small quick favour for him. He asked me to put away a basket ball away in the gym. He said he was in a hurry and he took off before I could speak. I walked to the gym with the ball and was looking for other basket balls. I didn't know where they went. I was looking in the back room and saw something with my information on it. I put the ball down and picked up the papers to look at them. there was so much information about me. I was reading everything and the principal walked in. He saw me looking at them and left right away. I didn't notice him so I kept reading. A minute later the speaker said "Could Jeff from grade 6 please come to the office, Jeff from grade 6. Thank you." I put the papers down and walked to the office. I got to the office and the principal sat me down in his room. He asked me why I was looking at those papers.
The moral of the story is that you should stay focused when you are doing a task and try your absolute best to not get distracted.

Next Paragraph:

My Character story continues from my last blog post where my character walks into door.

That Night was not the best I apparently suffered a severe concussion for walking into the door and will stay on stand by for a couple more days. At least the hospital room had a really nice TV but with only 3 channels. The next day I was checking my Ipad to see on twitter I was a trending #BrynFail !!!!! I watched the most popular video, It was in the classroom where I was finishing my argument with my friends then I walked into the door and fainted. Someone must have been filming my argument they even put my twitter account @BrynTortalliniLover4ever I then checked the comments to see tons of people making fun of me. I wanted to cry, I knew it was bullying but because my ex friend Zoe aka @Zoey123 posted it I knew i couldn't tell my parents. I let the comments go on for another few days but it got worse so I told my parents and they got rid of my twitter account and talked to Zoe’s Parents. I am glad that I told my parents and if I get bullied again I always will. The moral of the story is to always tell an adult if you're being bullied.

It was soooo much fun creating these story's and I had lots of fun writing them!!! We last left off when Mark was thinking that he would never run away ever again. So here it is.

The next morning Mason goes to school and he see's the dream of his life, HIS CRUSH!!! Mason and his best friend Joseph start to giggle so he can get her attention.Surprisingly it actually worked. Octavia (his crush) started walking to him. Then out of nowhere, his uncontrollable hiccups start to happen.

"Mason relax!"

"It's not my fault"

"Are you okay says Octavia?"

"I will be right back. Don't move!!!!!"

Octavia The next day. Oh hi Mason

Mason Oh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii,Octavia.

Mason did you know my name is Mason

Octavia okay I have to get to class, see ya!!

Joseph came around the corner and says how was the talk with "The girl of your dreams!"RING RING RING!!!!

The moral of this story is don't ever try to hard or else you will be embarrassed.

Remember the last story? We left off at Jay fell asleep, so let's get in to the story:

I woke up, I was not in the museum, where am I? Don't know. I picked up my phone and try to call my parents, they must be worried but there has no internet, there must be only one place that I would possibly went: I went to the past of China!!!

I only have a bottle of water and an apple, " This is bad!" I said to myself. I don't know how to speak Chinese, how can I live in these place?

Then I feel someone was tabbing me, I turned around and said: " Who are you?" I probably should not say English but what else can I say, French? Of course not. But I can believe he speak English too.

He said: " My name is Mark, I was the guy who came before you, if you need help come with me."

I really need help so I followed him to his house, His house is on the top of the mountain, we walked a long time, finally we are at the top,

I was so tired I said: " Why don't you build a elevator?"
" Remember? We are int the past!!" Mark said.
" Oh! right." I said.

The house was not big but I saw a lot of thing that I never see it before.
Mark said: " you can have a rest, I go buy some food and you batter lock the door."
" OK!" I said
So I lock the door, even there has no TV I sill know what to do: I grab all the things that I never saw before and try to use it. I saw very cool light, I didn't think of anything because I so want to know what is it, when I touch it it fell apart! I tried to put it back together but it did not work.

When mark came back I told him that I broke it, he didn't got angry
he said: " Think three times before you make a decision."

The moral is: Think three times before you make a decision. I up this in the story because I sometimes broke things that I never see it before.

Writing stories has been a lot of fun so far. I think that it has helped me develop and improve on my writing skills. So, for those of you that weren't here for my other story or didn't listen than this is what happened. My character thought he was in university, but he was actually in grade 7. He got offered 5 year old medicine and got sent to jail. Nothing much. Well I'm going to tell you more about that story but 5 weeks later.
I woke up to the sound of wheezing and coughing. I got out of bed and peeked out of my jail cell. It was another kid my age.
"Hey buddy."
He glanced at me and looked away. A guard tip toed quietly with a flashlight down the hall.
*Cough* *Cough*
The guard turned his head and looked in awe at the little kid.
*Cough* *Cough*
"You good kid?" The guard asked
"Yeah. I just need some water." The kid replied
"Okay" said the guard
The guard pulled out a water bottle from his pocket and handed it to the kid.
"No." The kid said with a grin on his face.
"Come here." The kid said excitedly
"Can you open my cell for a second." He whispered
"Kid you know I ca-" The guard got interrupted.
*Cough* *Cough*
"Okay I'll make a deal." The guard said as he opened the gate
"No. I'll make you a deal." The kid whispered
He pointed to the door.
"You see that room." The kid got louder
He snatched the guards keys.
"That's where your going to be for the rest of your life."
The kid punched the guard, tripped him, snatched his gun and pinned him.
"I'll make you a deal. Don't tell anyone or I shoot you." The kid said angrily
I slipped through the bars of my jail cell and jumped towards the boy. Of course I missed and fell on my face, but I luckily got the gun. I ran towards the front and explained the whole story. I didn't show him the gun though. It was mine now. I went in the corner and triggered it. It was a water gun. I didn't tell anyone though. I pretended that it was a real gun. They took me to the white house to thank me and let me do a speech. I got up to the stage and they only asked me one question,
"If you had one wish, what would it be."
I thought long and hard. Actually no I didn't. I started,
"Will that wish come true."
"Yes." They said with confidence. They said it kind of like I wasn't going to screw anything up. But that's not who I am.
"Okay. Your words. Not mine." I got excited.
"Everybody. Each of you need to give me $5 so I can attend university."
"Why would we do that." Yelled a man at the back.
"Because I'm your new president."

I love teaching readers about how to be a better person. I think that everyone is going to have a great moral to their story.

This has been so fun seeing everyone's characters and there stories and also creating my character I am sad that this is the last one but all good things have to come to an end so here is my last character story

So it started off as a regular day Donovan going to school and before school Donovan's dad reminded him to:

"make a card for your teacher, it is Ms,CattleWatch's birthday and I trust you to make this card, please make this card" Donovan's dad said in a very serious way, hoping that he would do it as Donovan was walking out the door

" What sorry what did you say all I hears was "you are the best kid in the world ever to live" " Donovan said tugging on his ear bud that was stuck in large hallow ear.

"I not going to correct you on that I am just going to say it again, can you please make a card for your teacher, it is Ms,CattleWatch's birthday and I trust you to make this card, please make this card" Donovan's dad repeated to his son that probably still was not listening

"Okay, got it make a card for ms. whatever her name is" Donovan said

"Just go" Donovan's dad responded

It has been really fun creating our own characters and our own story's with those characters over the past few weeks in our homework. One of the things that I love about this is that everybody's character is different and everybody's character has a different flaw. It is really cool listening to everybody's story's on Fridays.

Yes my last game of soccer I am so happy this team is the worst the only reason that we are the finals is because me and Jackson we are the best on the team one time we were down 10-0 and Jackson and I got 12 goals and we won. Anyway I guess its time to head over.

Jackson gets the ball and all of a sudden the reff trips him jackson got so mad he grabbed a pip and wreck the ref car and he got trow out of the game and got sent to jail know that the other team had no one good to phase they though they won but in fact they didn't Mats midfielder came up and shoot the ball and scored Mats team won. The morel of the story is to work as a team and don't be mean to people how aren't mean to you.

I love my mom and dad they are the one then in life that a need.

One day Aidan was on his xbox box playing games his mom said it's time to get off now and Aidan just said no just another 5 hours. When we died we got so mad and turned off the xbox and went outside.
