This week we had the unique opportunity to see the last two living Northern White Rhinos in the world. Watch the video above and while you’re watching, I want you to reflect on your life and the world around you. These are not the only creatures on the verge of extinction. This is a scary trend and we’re losing animals faster than science can save them. We, as humans, need to be better to the earth; for the animals, for the planet, for our children’s children. For your blog post this week, I’d like you to make an action plan. What are 2 things that you can and promise to do to help create a better and healthier environment!

maybe we can put the rhinos in a secret spot somewhere where there is lots of grass and the can have huge cages so they have space and tall fences and a bit of bodyguards just in case.

Some of the things i do to help the environment is not litter, saving energy by turning off the lights when i leave a room. Some things that i can improve on is submitting my homework on the computer and not on paper more often. Another thing i would do is not leave clean clothes on the floor so that my parents don't have to wash my clean clothes by mistake and it saves water and energy.

I would use less plastic products so the don't get to animals because animals think its food then they eat it and get sick or die from eating plastic. A lot of the waste in the ocean and on land is plastic because it takes to long to break down. I will never hunt animals (except to fish) and hope to help with laws so people don't hunt endangered animals.

I think we can. Stop littering because animals don’t know what there eating and. They will eat anything and we don’t want them eating garbage. Another thing we could do is put up signs and posters that says save the rhinos because we don’t want them to get extinct.

One thing I would do would be, using way less plastic to prevent pollution for any animals at sea or on land, also making many petitions to stop poaching would also be a great idea! And if and when they get the last two northern white rhinos to reproduce, scientists can have the rhinos in the safest place possible until people understand that poaching is bad at it is the law.

the first thing ill do is eat all my food because i heard that most people don't finish there meals so when I'm eating ill finish everything.my second thing to help the environment is to use more reusable thing so I don't pollute the ocean. bye :)

The first thing I can do to make a healthier and happier environment is to use reusable stuff like my water bottle,containers for lunch, my backpack, paper by using the other side and lots more! The second thing that I can promise to do is throw out trash in the right bins. Snack packages in the garbage, juice box in the recycling but straw in the garbage, banana peels and apple cores in the green bin and their are lots of other stuff I can throw out properly. That is 2 things that I can promise to do to create a healthier and happier environment!

I will use less plastic and replace the plastics I use with other reusable materials. For example, when I go to school I bring a reusable metal water bottle instead of a single use plastic one. Another thing I will do is when I am out in nature I will not hurt plants, which could be the food of other animals, and also I will leave the places as I found them so I don't disturb habitats.

some of the things that I can do to help our planet are I will use more reusable materials like reusable water bottle or reusable plastics that don't end up in the middle of the ocean. I will also do stuff like making sure of what I am putting in the recycling bin and in the garbage. I can also go out on walks to pick some garbage that I see and any other thing that could harm the environment. The last thing that I can promise to do is to not harm wild animal in any way!

The first thing we should do is have a way healthier environment and no litter. And then we should build a TOP SECRET place and there are guards there for 24 everyday. You have to have a pass to get in to see the rhinos the place has to have LOTS of food and water.And they would have to be a boy and a girl in each thing so they can make more so they would not be close to get instinct.There are some ways 2 thing to save the environment and to save all animals !!!

Maybe we can put the rhinos in a secluded location, somewhere where there is lots of grass and the spaces are big and vast. We can build huge isolated enclosures so they have space and tall fences also to protect them. We can hire bodyguards to keep them from the poachers.

I think if people take better care of the planet and donate to help White Rhinos there would have been a better chance so more would survive. Or scientist should not interfere with animal habitats so they would not harm them.

I think that we should try not to littler and if we have garbage to put it into a garbage can. And to help animals from going extinct so what we should do it if there is an animal that is going endanger. Then you should but them in a rescue centre and but them in a place that is safe and. No one can hunt them down or try and hurt them

Losing the white rhino and other animals makes me sad. It reminds me of losing my dog Duke. If I could have done something to save his life, I would have. We can do something to save animals like the white rhinos and the indochinese tigers. We can treat our environment better to protect the lives of these animals. I pledge to make the world a cleaner place by not polluting. I will encourage my family to use our bikes more and cars less. I will put plastic bottles in the blue box instead of the garbage. I also hope that there will be laws to stop killing animals for their horns.

One of the things that I think I can definitely do for the environment is using reusable things like something called bees wax wrap, it is basically like plastic but it is made out of bees wax and it is reusable! The second thing that I think I could do for the environment is pick up other people’s garbage if I see it just laying around on the ground.

The two things I would do to help the environment are.To not litter because if everyone littered there would be garbage everywhere and it would be filled in the ocean which would kill a lot of animals and would ruin the food chain.Another thing I would do is stop using plastic bottles and use reusable ones. If we use plastic bottles we would just throw them out once we are done which would be bad for they environment, but if we use metal ones we can reuse them.

I think we should put the rhinos/endangered animals in a place that is highly secured so poachers aren't able to kill any of the animals, we could make a difference by donating to different sites that help pay for scientists to continue to study and help the rhinos reproduce.

I feel that in order to save the habitats we could stop polluting because reefs are dying and that means all sorts of fish are also dying. We can not only save fish but you can save Reptiles, Mammals, Insects, Birds, and even Amphibians by not using cars for walking distance places like the supermarket, School, and Even the park.
