Opening a Shop!

This week, we focused on Muffles Truffles in math. We learned all about Muffles’ truffle shop and helped his assistant, Patricio, package all of the truffles. Our focus for the lesson was centered around determining how many truffles, Muffles, could fit into each box. We worked very hard to determine the price of each box, and extended our learning by creating our own boxes for Muffles. On Wednesday, we also determined that Muffles should charge more for his delicious truffles. We then calculated the new boxes of truffles. We learned lots about multiplication and owning a business during this unit - I think we can all agree, it seems like a lot of work to run a truffle shop! If you could pick any shop you would like to open one day, what would it be? Why would you want to open up this kind of shop? Excited to hear your responses.

If I could pick any shop to build, I would pick a pizza shop because I love pizza! It would be so fun and I could show some tricks. For example, I would spin pizza dough on my finger in the air.

I would like to open a shop that sells candy because all the children would be rushing in, in the morning. With many children running in, I would sell a lot of stuff. I would also sneak some candy to eat from time to time!

I would like to open a hockey shop that sells hockey gear and hockey sticks. I would like to open a hockey shop because I love hockey also I would like to open a hockey shop because I know a lot about hockey.

I would open an art shop because...
I like art and I would sell some of my art.
I would also offer art class's to teach people art.
That's why I would open an art shop.

i will teach people.

I would open a dance shop because I love dance. I would sell dance wear like ballet tutus and other dance wear and I would also sell dance shoes like jazz shoes,ballet shoes and tap shoes and other shoes for dance. That's why I would open a dance shop

I would open a gaming shop. I would sell every pc way cheaper then a real pc. I would also sell Xboxes, Nintendos and ps1, ps2, ps3, ps4, ps5, ps6, ps7, ps8 and when i open my shop they will probably make ps6, ps7, and ps8.I would like to open a gaming shop because gaming will sell easily.

If I could open any kind of shop it would be a Lego shop. One reason why is lego is fun to build and is amazing. Another reason is you can use your imagination. My last reason is because you can build anything you want. A Lego shop would be cool!

If I could open a shop it would be a Pokemon shop. In the shop there would be the rarest Pokemon cards you could find. You always will not be scammed by a Pokemon pack pack by getting bad stuff. I would sell booster packs that would have different things to buy. A God pack would cost more and a shiny pack would cost less. The best part of the Pokemon shop would be seeing the shine of all of the Pokemon cards.

I would open an candy shop. Because I love candy and I can make any candy in the candy shop there is a super secret candy room you can eat anything in there everything is edible you caneat anything and it has a gigantic chocolate river and that would be cool

I would do a video game shop because
1. I will get to sell video games and if i want then i can play them!
2.you can get cool names for you store like EB games or game stop.
3. you can get the video games and then sell them for more.
4. I LOVE video games A LOT.
That is why I would choose a video game shop

I would start an ice cream shop because I love ice cream. There will be a super secret room and in there is the biggest melted ice cream waterfall. The waterfall goes in to a freezing machine that would make ice cream.

I would make a sports store, but not just any sports store. A super sports store. It would have balls, cards, pucks, and sporty cookies, it would have sport hats and jerseys with autographs. That would be my store.

If I opened a shop it would be a Toronto Raptors shop and I would sell hoodies bobbleheads shirts and shoes that would be autographed by every player even the coach.

If i could open my own shop it would be a candy shop and it would have cotton candy and it wont just have candy it will have donuts and ice cream and my shop would have the best sweet there the candy cake it is so sweet you would be coming to my shop everyday and there is a hard chance you would get cavities in a second
