Love Has NO Labels!

Love is all around us! As kind people in our global community, we always want to look for the best in people. We know the phrase, “you can’t judge a book by its cover”. This video is a cool visualization of that concept. In today’s society, we see all kinds of people, no one is exactly the same, and we don’t need to judge people based on appearances but rather, we need to support and get to know people for who they are!
With all that is happening in the world, we need to think about what our core values are and what we want to stand up for. We need to think about who we are as people and what we’ll do to help those who have less than us. The world is going to be inherited by you, so the sooner you start thinking about how you can make a difference, the better! Luckily to help you become the people you want to be, you have a vast support network of people who truly care about you and your well being. You never know what form love will take, where it will come from, or who will come into your life in a positive way, so it’s vital they we stay open to meeting new people and making sure that we aren’t judging based on appearance. This video brought tears to my eyes and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. For your comment this week, answer the following questions:

Why do you think it was important that we saw the people behind the x-ray before seeing who they were?
When you just see the X ray of a person you can't really see age, gender, race or how people look. You most likely expect them to be normal people with known disabilities and for them to be opposite genders. It is sad because in a lot of places that two people of the same gender who are married will get strange looks and even be commented about in bad ways. As I said when you could only see the X ray you would think it was an average family and if you knew them that way you would treat them like someone else. Now if you knew who they really were you might treat them differently. When you see the people come out, because you most likely saw them so differently hopefully you would come to realize that they are just like any other person!

I think that when you saw the people from behind the X-ray, you weren't sure who they were. You made assumptions about them, maybe their age, race or gender, but until they came out from behind the screen, you couldn't tell. Yet once they did, it made no difference. They were two people who shared a bond, whether it was the love of two siblings, or neighbors or family or husband and wife. It didn't matter because love has no labels.

Because then people would first have an opinion of who it was but as the video progressed people would hopefully not have an opinion before they saw the other people.

They were behind the X-Ray wall so we would not judge them by their appearance. If they are blind you might just judge them by what you know about blind people and what they are doing so you cant say if they are a weird couple people they are the same gender. I think it was important to see the people behind the X-ray wall because no one could judge the people behind the wall until they saw them. Also no one had any thoughts about them until they came out from behind the wall. One person in my life that cares about me is my sister. She is always by my side when I need her. Two other people are my Oma and Opa. They call every day to make sure my sister and I are ok and happy.

It was important that the people saw them in the x-ray before they really saw them because you can't tell someones age religion or gender through and x-ray, you just see the human skeleton. .first. they saw what they thought were a cute couple making out but it turned out to be two girls making out behind the x-ray.This video is emphasizing how it shouldn't matter about the race, religion, disorder or age as long as theirs love.

i think it was important to see the people first because at first, you think its a normal, straight couple, making out, but then as they walk out, you see that they are same gender, or mixed race, or mixed religion, and thats ok! because usually people in the LGBT+ community may be judged just for who they love, and its important to know that its ok to love whoever you want, because love isn't something to judge. people should remember that we are all human, with human emotions.

1. I think its important to see the x ray first beacuse at the start i didn't think it was two girls , so it just goes to show you , you can't assume things that you can't really see ! You can't see there race,religon,gender,disabilities when all you can see is an x ray. This video is really powerful!!

I think it is important because if you see them behind the x-ray you don't really know who they really are. You assume that a couple is a girl and boy, but yet again love can be found anywhere, and who it is with does not matter. If you see people in a x-ray you don't know what gender there are, what they are like, or what they look like. Or what age they are. Even if they were different it did not matter, because they were two people that liked each other, whether if it were siblings, neighbours, family, or just plain friends. It does not make a difference at all, because love is love.

1. I think when you saw the people behind the x-ray, you couldn't see whatever ages, gender, appearance, race... You wouldn't have any thoughts to judge people. But love is no matter what people looks like, it’s a clear feeling and the emotion from the heart.

When you saw them behind the x ray first, it actually made you think. Oh its a regular person. How can you judge that? So when they come out and they are gay or lesbian. It gives the message, they're still regular people. But in today's society it is so easy and quick for someone to see something and judge it even if it is natural to them. Being gay or lesbian is completely fine. Not meaning I am, but I don't have anything against being like that. Its just something natural to them. Just like how eating food is natural to you, it just comes to you, Hey, I'm hungry! Being that way is just something natural to them. They don't choose to be that way, it just feels right to them.

Answer 1: I think it was important that you saw the x-ray before the people so you might think differently. You would just think that they are people who like each other. I think if some people saw what they did outside of the x-ray, they would think differently. Love is possible for anyone

When you see the people behind the X-ray, you picture what they look like, age, race, gender and physical appearance. Almost like when someone tells you about someone else you think about what they might look like, if you like it or not. You need to see someone in the form they are in right now, not the one they might be in in a few hundred years, before you can understand their situation better.

Three people that care about me are...
My cello teacher, Janko, he has been teaching me for 4 years and that takes stamina if your teaching ME (although he did ditch me to go to the USA (if I hear that Trump got a cello lesson, I AM OUT!)) Janko has made me so much better at facing problems and has strengthened my thumbs to the point that they are almost steel, thumb position jokes, oh, no one gets it...

My Sister, Evie, (she got mad when I called her my Sister instead of her name last time.) She always is amazing when I need it most, although she thinks she's not my Sister anymore (cough cough Kate cough cough.) Around her there is never a dull moment because she likes attacking me while I am holding pretty much everything!

Mr. Steltman, (I hope.) He gives us so much recognition and follows through when most needed. I have never had a teacher that gave us so much time for coding and seriously, pixel art! I would of never had the amazing chance to build a robot without him and I thank him greatly for that, he deserves every little amount of thanks that you can muster!

I think it was important to see the x-ray first because you weren’t expecting to see a boy and boy. Love can go many ways and it doesn’t matter if you have a disability or how old you are or what race you are or what gender you are. That’s why it was important to see the people behind the x-ray first so we didn’t judge them. So don’t judge a book by its cover.

1. When you see the two people behind the X- ray, you don't know anything about them, absolutely anything, Gender, race, appearance or anything relating to people. But when the come out from the X- ray you see what they look like, gender, race and appearance. I you saw what happened outside the X- ray you might think differently not even registering what the look like. But when they come out smiling you realize you cant judge someone by what they are doing when you don't even know anything about them.

Humans are people who have specific emotions, race, and regions. We are humans, we can change the whole world. We are made to be freebie humans. Also, don't compare yourself to others, and produce the goods. Everyone have people who they admire, trust, and love. This makes the world a lot more enjoyable life. Although, there are people who I trust which are my best friends, my brother, and all my family members. There are some people who are down on my list but that doesn't make a difference.

They can't be assumed like they would if you saw them. Love doesn't have a gender. You can be a girl and like a girl or be a boy and like a boy or you can be a girls who likes a boy.
