Watch the above video, presented at a TED talk on happiness. When you’ve finished watching, your job is to create your very own HAPPINESS /Gratitude JOURNAL. There has been tons of research lately that explains how if we take the time to write down what we appreciate and the good things that happen in a day, our mental state becomes happier and more positive. This week for your blog, I’d like you to start a Google Doc called “Name Gratitude Journal” and write down 3 NEW THINGS that you were glad happened, positive events and/or things you’re thankful for. Post the link to your doc in the comments and we’ll share a few on Friday.
