This video is titled growth mindset in math. I want you to listen closely to the words of the song, How do they explain growth mindset? Does this connect with your thought on what growth mindset is? We have spent a lot of time talking about Growth Mindset and mistakes in math this year. For your blog post this week, you have a poetry challenge! Can you write song lyrics or a poem about what you think growth mindset is? Your poem does not have to rhyme but most definitely can. The joy of poetry is that there is no wrong way to write a poem. Teach the world about growth mindset through your wonderful, creative poems!

Not everybody is same,
If we only do things that are easy,
we can’t learn anything.
Mistakes proof you are trying,
Every mistake you make are progress.
It doesn’t matter how good you do as long as you don’t stop.
Challenges are what make your life different as before,
Growth is not for everybody,
Just remember you can only learn from failures.

Growth Mindset Poem

Growth mindset is great for your brain,
without it you may go insane,
failing makes some people mad,
but with growth mindset,
you don’t need to worry about that,
all sorts of people make mistakes,
embracing them,
Is what you should do,
then learn,
it’s what's natural for you,
people say,
when you have a growth mindset,
you can only fail,
if you give up,
anyway,
haven't you hear,
if your “plan A” did not work,
there are still 25 more letters in the alphabet,
if nothing works,
at least there is proof that you are trying,
with growth mindset,
Your brain can grow so much,
when you make mistakes!

you need to know math.

No need to be afraid,
because you're going to be good at math math math.

You're obviously going to get better.
There may be mistakes, but learn them and go on.

You're going to learn.
You just have to embrace your mistakes.

Dont go for a fixed mindset
because your mind will keep growing.

Dont be scared,
there are all sorts of levels out there.

Bring your level up and keep on going.
Change the game.

Increase your fame.
Change you attitude towards learning.

Growth Mindset
Growth mindset is the key for us to understand things better.
Growth mindset also helps you be able to not just understand things better by also learn things better quickly and more accurately and that can help us with learning brand new stuff.

Mistakes are a part of our life.
If we don't make them,
we'll never learn.
If we never learn,
then we'll never make progress.
The best teachers are the mistakes we made in the past,
each mistake is a step closer to success.
Failure is not the opposite of success,
it is a key to success.

I make mistakes,
but that's how I learn,
I take the harder question,
and fail them at first,
but I wont stop trying until I'm getting it right,
so that's way I see a beyond light,
don't give up make up,
give it your best,
and even if you fail,
your brain is so much bigger then the rest,
so you should feel proud for being yourself,

Don't be scared even when you fail,
cause your the strongest person out all of them,
so don't give up,
give in,
let go,

Because that's the only way you will ever grow!

every day I make mistakes

But that doesn't mean I'm not great at what I do

When ever I try and fail I teach my brain something new

so that's why I never give up and never give in to my fears of failing.

study math it's worth training.

Some teachers just don't explain math in the right way

so study hard and make sure there is no stress ok

just analyze your mistakes, make something out of nothing if you really have to

don't throw that paper away! it has great information on it that came from you.

get help from a friend or teacher if your stuck

just don't get it from some sort of mallard duck.

I used to listen to the facts and memorising to be stuck
Scared to say the words “I don’t understand”
So I sat quietly, guessed politely
The test’s I had were more than confusing
I guess that teachers forgot they had a choice

Growth mindset is very very imported to our files,because think about it if we dont maker mistakes we will never get better and our brain wont be as smarter as it is know.

I wrote this twice.
Now I'm writing it again.

Please, teach me how, to make my mind grow. 3+5, is not all I know. Fixed can be good, but not a mindset. I want it to grow like a flower, bloom in the spring, to learn new things, an go, cha-Ching! Please, encourage me to grow, not just to know.
