So, for your blog post this week, I want you to think back on a time when things didn't go as planned. Maybe it was this month, last week, or even a year ago. Write about three times when you failed or something didn't work out the way you hoped. Tell me what happened, why you think it didn't go well, and most importantly, what you learned from it.
Let me share one of my own stories: Back in teacher's college, I was teaching a group of grade 6 students about finding the volume of a triangular prism. I made a mistake, and I taught it wrong in front of the vice principal! It was pretty embarrassing, but you know what? I learned some really important lessons from that blunder:
- Preparation is super important when teaching any lesson.
- It's okay to make mistakes, but the key is to learn and grow from them.
Can't wait to read your stories about learning from our oops moments!
