The Happiness Advantage
I found this talk to be so motivating and inspiring.  As we have been talking about wellness this past week, mental well being and how to be positive, I think the time is right for this talk. As he speaks (quickly) about the happiness advantage, I want you to pay close attention towards the end as he offers listeners the secret that his research has helped him find.  There is a key to gaining the happiness advantage:  
For your blog post this week you have a choice but they both start the same way.

  1. Create a doc on the Halton Cloud and name it “Happy Journal OR Happy Thanks”

  2. Change the sharing settings to anyone with the link can view

  3. Post the link here on the blog

    1. Write down 3 NEW things you are thankful for every day this week

    2. OR

    3. Journal 1 positive thing that has happened to you every day this week.

If we follow these instructions, we can start training our brains to think about the positive first, start seeing challenges as opportunities and taking our learning and abilities to the next level.
